Biogas Flare BGM OF-LT

The BGM OF-LT Biogas Flare is the simplest solution for biogas combustion and is suitable as emergency device in all cases where there are no requirements for temperature and visibility of the flame. The flare is complete with gas train with flanged connection to the process, self-supporting base structure, control panel and burner with wind shield. The flare is characterized by great ease of installation and management, thanks to its compact dimensions and fully automatic operation.

The BGM PEF-LT Biogas Flare is designed to partially contain the visibility of the flame outside the combustion chamber and is suitable as emergency device in all cases where there are no specific combustion temperature requirements. The flare is complete with gas train with flanged connection to the process, self-supporting base structure, control panel and burner with enlarged combustion chamber. The flare is characterized by great ease of installation and management, thanks to the linear configuration and fully automatic operation.

The BGM EF-LT Biogas Flare is designed to completely contain the visibility of the flame outside the combustion chamber and is suitable in all cases where there are no combustion temperature requirements. The flare is complete with gas train with flanged connection to the process, control panel, self-supporting base structure and insulated combustion chamber. Burner and combustion chamber are specifically sized to contain the flame. The flare is characterized by great ease of management, thanks to the fully automatic operation.

Biogas Flare BGM EF-HT

The BGM EF-HT Biogas Flare is designed for all cases where high combustion efficiency is required, with low CO and NOx emissions. The flare is complete with gas train with flanged connection to the process, self-supporting base structure, control panel and insulated combustion chamber. Burner and combustion chamber are specifically sized to completely contain the flame. The combustion chamber is internally lined with a multi-layer of ceramic fiber which contains thermal radiation and allows more frequent usage of the flare. The incoming combustion air is automatically regulated via an electric damper in order to maintain a high combustion temperature. The flare is characterized by great ease of management thanks to fully automatic operation.
